Beta information
Beta participation terms
Last updated July 15, 2026
Invitation and authorized use
The beta is invitation-only and intended for evaluation by authorized members of participating organizations. Keep your sign-in links and access private, use the service lawfully, and only upload information you are permitted to use.
Beta service
Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or occasionally be unavailable. Cenerio may add, remove, or limit beta functionality as we improve safety and reliability. The beta is not a final production service or a substitute for your organization’s accounting controls.
Your data and responsibilities
Your organization keeps ownership of the information it enters. You are responsible for reviewing results, maintaining appropriate source records and backups, and not submitting regulated or highly sensitive data unless Cenerio has agreed to that use in writing.
Feedback
You may send suggestions, problem reports, and workflow ideas. Cenerio may use that feedback to improve the product without an obligation to implement it or compensate the sender. Do not include confidential information in feedback unless it is needed to resolve a support issue.
Access and ending participation
Either side may end beta participation. Cenerio may suspend access to protect users, data, or the service. Before leaving, ask your workspace administrator for any needed export and contact us about deletion timing.
Questions
Contact hello@cenerio.com with beta, support, export, or deletion questions. Organization-specific commercial terms, support commitments, warranties, and liability terms should be documented separately before a paid or production rollout.
