Information we handle

During the beta, Cenerio may handle your account and profile information, organization membership, budgets, forecasts, campaign and spend records, integration configuration, audit history, and messages you send to support. We also collect basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the workspace, authenticate users, enforce permissions, troubleshoot problems, improve beta features, prevent abuse, and communicate about the service. We do not sell beta workspace data.

Service providers and integrations

Cenerio uses infrastructure and software providers to host, secure, monitor, and deliver the service. If your organization enables an integration, data may be exchanged with that provider at an administrator’s direction. Access is limited to what is reasonably needed to operate the beta.

Retention and deletion

We retain beta data while your workspace is active and as needed for security, support, backup, and legal obligations. Workspace administrators can request an export or deletion review by email. Backup copies may take additional time to age out.

Security and beta limits

We use access controls, audit records, and reasonable technical safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security. Please do not enter payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, passwords, or other regulated or highly sensitive information during the beta.

Questions and requests

Contact hello@cenerio.com to ask a privacy question, request access to your information, correct profile details, or begin an export or deletion review. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate organization-owned data requests with your workspace administrator.
